Today, I made something quite delicious. Pita filled with grilled vegetables. Not only was it healthy, but it was also good.

Here is the recipe:

Pita Bread filled with delicious vegetables

2 peppers (red, yellow and/or green)
1 zucchini
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
2 T lemon juice
some italian herbs
olive oil
hummus
yogurt
4-6 pita breads

Slice the peppers, zucchini and the onion. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, some italian herbs and a little bit of salt together.

Add this dressing to the chopped vegetables. Set the grill on to about 200 degrees celsius. Place the vegetables in the oven for about 10-20 minutes, so that they are just cooked.

Once the vegetables are done, place the vegetables in a warm pita bread, which includes hummus and some yogurt. If you like you can add fresh tomatoes.

Perfect meal for spring.
