We just added a couple of new recipes. They are recipes which use risotto. In case you do not know risotto, risotto is a grain, and when cooked similarly to rice, the risotto becomes quite creamy. The main difference when cooking risotto compared to rice is that the ratio of water to risotto is three to one. One other thing, is you have to stir the risotto, otherwise it will stick to the bottom of the pan, and start to burn.

Also, the more you stir, the creamier and better the risotto will be.

But as I had mentioned, we just moved to the UK. Risotto in the UK is extremely expensive here. You can find risotto in all stores, but the package is so small and cost about 2 pounds. We just found one grocery store which sells 500g for about 99p. Which is still way tooooo expensive.

Oh well, that's how England is.
