My fascination with Indian food and Indian restaurants has always existed. Therefore, I always go to the best Indian restaurants in the world.
At least that is what I think.
We went again to the Sagar restaurant, located in Hammersmith. Going the second time, you start to see some of the faults of a restaurant.
To me the Sagar restaurant produces some of the best Indian food in all of London. Most Indian restaurants in London, look tacky, like in Brick Lane or they start to look extremely chic like at the O2 Shopping Center in Swiss Cottage.
We decided to order two curries, one thali, and one masala dosa. The food was warm, excellent and I was stuffed. My masala dosa was very large and filled with potatoes and onions.
But there are problems with the restaurant, which you should be aware of. The service is not friendly, and secondly do not sit near the downstair toilets. Sagar restaurant uses toxicating chemicals to clean the toilets, and it definitely makes it difficult to enjoy your meal.
Nevertheless, I am sure we will go back to Sagar again.
